This large serving platter measures 11 inches in diameter. It is glazed in stellar rust with a wheat overglaze on roughly half of the platter. Each piece of Engel pottery is hand thrown on my potter's wheel, glazed in lead-free glazes, and fired in my home kiln. Like all of my pieces it is food, microwave and dishwasher safe. This platter can also go in the oven up to 400 degrees to keep food warm and then be brought directly to the table to serve.
